Our fair and transparent refund & cancellation policy to protect your interests.
1. Booking & Token Amount Refunds
Token advance or booking deposits paid for electric vehicle reservations are refundable up to 7 working days prior to invoice generation and dispatch confirmation. To initiate a booking cancellation request, please email info@lemdamotors.in with your reference number.
2. Spare Parts & Accessories Return
Spare parts and accessories purchased from Lemda Motors or authorized regional hubs can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment bank account or mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days after verification by our finance team.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Customized vehicle modifications, registration fees paid to government authorities, transit insurance premiums, and items damaged due to misuse or unapproved third-party alterations are non-refundable.
